Learn how to conduct qualitative ‘UX / User Research’ techniques and generate insight validation and direction for your product or service.

Conduct ethnography and guerrilla prototype testing to help correct or avoid building experiences or features that your customers don’t need.

This course is online, 6 weeks long, and self-paced. Mentors will meet weekly through one-on-one and webinars to help guide the curriculum and your success.
